How To Submit a Health Harmony Support Request

Click Submit a request.

From the drop-down list, select Health Harmony.

For a question about Health Harmony, enter the following required information:

• Description of the request. Please be as specific as possible.
• Patient ID or medical record number. This is a secure field.

Optionally:

• CC – Enter one or more email addresses.
• Organization – If you belong to more than one organization, you’ll see an Organization field. Select which Organization relates to your request.
• Attachments – Add a relevant file, possibly a screenshot, up to 20 MB in size.

Click Submit.
