As a Zendesk user, you have access to view tickets associated with your organization. Care Innovations complies with HIPAA in part by listing details of contacts with patients only by the ID approved by our customers.
When assessing how CI may have interacted with a given patient, many of our customers wish to perform a search and see any/all tickets created for a given patient ID.
To search for all tickets associated with a given patient ID, from the upper right-hand corner of the Zendesk screen:
1. Select your Name
2. Select My activities
3. Click on Organization requests
4. In the Search requests window, enter this syntax (without quotes) "fieldvalue:patient ID"
4a. You may also add special characters as delimiters like an asterisk (eg *123) which will locate tickets which end in 123.
5. When the results are presented, you may drill down into and view any of the returned findings by following the hyperlink.
